Vote for sale on Cloud 9. Trump will pay cash.I'm just a regular "gettable" voter if my demands are met, but I'm sooo undecided! I sure wish one of our two viable parties would fight for my vote.
Vermin's an OK dude and all, but I really don't NEED another pony - I've got plenty of 'em already :")Clearly the right answer is vermin supreme, one of his core campaign promises is a free pony for every American! He is our guy!![]()
Where the fuck have you been?Vermin's an OK dude and all, but I really don't NEED another pony - I've got plenty of 'em already :")
I'll be happy to take yours, I actually need another ponyVermin's an OK dude and all, but I really don't NEED another pony - I've got plenty of 'em already :")
Dealing with a cancer diagnosis. Yes, I'm serious. Everybody done cheering? Too bad, you wasted the effort. It's painless (it was found by accident while looking for something totally unrelated) slow-moving (enough so that the fellow who's probably going to be doing the carving in a few weeks says I could safely go on a 2 year sabbatical to the depths of the Amazon, and it would be a 90% chance that when I got back, it wouldn't have changed enough to care about, other than shooting new pictures in the cat-scanner to be certain the edges are still where they think they are before going in for the surgery) and based on what they're telling me they found and what and where it is, I'm not likely going anywhere for a long time unless something VERY unexpected happens. 5 year survival rate on this type/location/tumor stage is above 98%. In a study involving 1847 patients diagnosed with it at the stage mine is, 1 died of it after refusing treatment for 11 years, and "death from all causes other than the cancer" five years after the study started was 113 - 43 of which went out as the result of crashing their car.Where the fuck have you been?
Damn man, no cheering here...Dealing with a cancer diagnosis. Yes, I'm serious. Everybody done cheering? Too bad, you wasted the effort. Sorry to hear you're having to go through this but I'm glad it sounds like it shouldn't be a serious issue.Dealing with a cancer diagnosis. Yes, I'm serious. Everybody done cheering? Yeah, it was one of those "OH SHIT! Run in circles, scream and shout, walk right up so close to the edge of a full-blown mental meltdown that your toes are hanging over the edge, try to decide what kind of coffin you want" things for about a week, but... <shrug>Sorry to hear you're having to go through this but I'm glad it sounds like it shouldn't be a serious issue.
For this particular flavor, keyhole surgery and a cryoprobe are the favored treatment. No rads, no chemo, just give it (and a couple mm of surroundings, just to be sure) the world's worst case of frostbite, then take some pictures in a few months to make sure things went as planned.Best place to go for a cancer treatment is MD Anderson in Texas. They may not need to cut you open. Radiation may fix you up.
How do I know? Wife had cancer, doc cut her open took some things out. Operation cost Medicare and Tricare for life $150,000.00. We drove 1400 miles to MD Anderson in Houston, TX. Docs said they could have fixed it with radiation only.
Our doc in Reno,Nv had her undergo 6 weeks of Chemo, followed by 3 radiation treatmens. Some things are not the same after cutting, Chemo and Radiation.
Yeah... don't DO that that then.Worst case post-op scenario is I do something stupid such as I just mentioned, and in the process, blow out a cauterized blood vesel and they have to go back in and clamp it/recauterize/otherwise deal with it.
That makes two of us...glad they caught it.
Hysterical patient: Doctor, doctor! It hurts when I do THIS!Yeah... don't DO that that then.

I certainly understand your viewpoint, and the conversation about someone reaching into your wallet on someone else's behalf is another whole topic. I would only point out that anthropologically, humans are a deeply social species, with a long history of 'caring' for the sick or elderly or those that cannot contribute directly to 'the hunt or housemaking'. Elders have often been cared for as a repository of historical knowledge or tradition.NO government handouts, no food, no housing, no anything. You drug/Alcohol use is your problem. not mine. You want to eat, then give up the drugs and get a job. Your family need food or housing. That is your problem alone. Nobody owes you anything. Sounds harsh to you? Not from my side. Keep taxes low. Self defense and military only. We need police, border patrol, fire department and that is just about all.
