Polycystic ovarian syndrome, which is a complicated situation where the ovaries don't know wtf to do wrt hormone production. Symptoms include hirsutism, incredibly troubled or even absent periods, increased testosterone & it being almost impossible to lose weight while gaining it easily. Some consider it an intersex condition bc it's the body not neatly falling into the lines of how female bodies supposedly work
