depends. not naked from shorts/tshirt to long sleeved stuff

Naked most of the time, underwear if it's cold

Varies but generally an old worn in t-shirt and undies.

It depends on the temperature, but usually something like PJs in winter, a t-shirt in spring and autumn, and then nothing in the summer. Somehow, never ever underwear...
