im weird. I'll stick to a routine for like 2-4 weeks then something will happen and ill fall out of it, spend a day hating myself, then summon the most random determination out of thin air and try again.
Not sure how I keep doing this but it is what it is.
Stick to a routine. Normal daily activities, work, sleeping, cooking, netflix, forum exploring, reading books, shopping, trips with BF, holiday from time to time.
