Speaking of, is there a way to know whether someone has been reported for a comment? I know a lot of those comments were older, but they were all still visible and not all the people had "banned" by their name or anything like that, so I wasn't sure the best approach.

Normally if it's been reported before and found to be in opposition to the rules it will either be edited or deleted, I've handled a few reports where for whatever reason the user was warned and the comment marked as deleted in the report yet it was still visible, I'd assume a server error or something is responsible in those instances.
