Skin bumps...

sounds like your doing the best u can for your little lady yo be comfortable im sure other people will be chiming in again with more suggestions
 
Maybe that's papilomatosis, if it that's the case it can be treated with Ivermectin for dogs. I'm not veterinarian, btw, but my mom's dog once had it and he was treated with it.

Thanks, she's not uncomfortable at all. They don't itch and aren't sore. It's just a cosmetic thing. And yes, the guys here have been super helpful.

Just googled it and it could be. I'll check what the side-effects of ivermectin are and if there aren't any serious ones I'll give it a try. Thanks!

As long as the bumps goaway, it might not be an indication of anything (direly) wrong
Yea they come and go in varying degrees. But they're there at least 80% of the time. Sometimes barely noticeable, sometimes looks like she's covered in tick bites.
