Sounds like they didn't discuss the issue prior to marriage or its something new. Its a shame she feels that having a good man and a good dog isn't enough.. Sex certainly isn't everything, she needs to realize that before giving a ultimatum. If he leaves and then dogs dies and they do, she'll be looking for what she already has had and enjoyed for years and threw away in her greed for more.
 
I would say it doesn't need to be complicated by marriage. For me I'd like to be a cuck in a female led relationship where the woman and her dog or dog's cuck me.
Not a fantasy but a life I'd like to live with the right woman. It's not something I'm holding my breath for.
I'm perfectly happy just to be a dog's bitch.

This should be something mutually agreeable. If the husband isn't a zoo, her wanting him to be won't make it happen. If all their marriage is about is satisfying sex, they probably should divorce. It seems their is a hidden dynamic we may not know about. For instance, is the wife a dominatrix? Does she use the dog to humiliate men?

I don't think it's in the marriage vows that one of the couple is responsible for the other's sexual satisfaction. One last point...if marriage depends on mutual sexual satisfaction, and he doesn't want to do it... where is his satisfaction?
