Since seeing this topic, I’ve been paying attention. In my neighborhood, many dogs are walked…roughly 70% by women, 20% by couples with the rest by men. After noticing about 40 dogs, only 1 was obviously male, and he as being walked by a man.
 
I definitely take note of a dog's cock and balls when I see them. Of course, I try to do it discreetly, but sometimes I definitely think I stare too hard, but it's easy enough to play off. Well in many parts of California its the law to fix dogs unless you are a licensed breeder so its rare to see intact dogs anywhere...

I don’t get horny just seeing intact dogs, but if it’s a breed of dog I find attractive and they jump on me/get dominant I get horny. What makes me wet is the “forced” submission on my end, so if a dog is flashing his cock or trying to hump me.
