The ATATs are four-legged heavily armored cannoneers the Empire uses to attack the rebel base on the ice planet Hoth in "The Empire strikes back", and against "Rogue One" rebels on the planet Scarif. As knotazoo correctly noted, ATAT stands for All terrain armored transport.

it's not a cannoneer though. Cannoneers are the guys who shoot cannons.

Okay this question led me down a rabbit hole of misinformation and sketchy manga sites.

Assuming I've actually found the correct thing it seems to be a panel from the fetish zoo/transformation manga 'Human-lovers Committee'.
I'm sure there are several places to find it.
