I honestly JUST started watching Rick and Morty last week. I didn't give it a chance because I was burnt out on "funny adult humor" cartoons .....I was wrong

First season was ok, but it became just forced, and is an annoying example of the recent glut of series derived from light novels which are "woke up in another world" and have stupidly long descriptive titles.

I can agree with that. After season 1 I mainly watched it because I just wanted to know how it ended.
Tried the same thing with Attack on Titan but I literally stopped watching midway through the final season.
