Post a Truth, Beginning With Yourself

i like to visit my psychiatrist - it's therapeutic ;) (just kidding, i don't go to a psychiatrist, though maybe i should...)

I know someone personally who's into zoo, have curiosities myself, but can't bring myself to do it. Maybe just like human relationships... haven't found the right one yet.

Therapy is a complete waste of time and I get nothing out of it. I literally only started going because I had to in order to get the actual health care I needed. Now I just reschedule instead of showing up.

I like to bake bread, but I have to be careful because I can eat it faster than I can bake it... Then hubby doesn't get any and I get fat... then he says something and he really doesn't get any! So mostly I wait for the Holidays, bake a lot and give it to friends as soon as it is cool.

When depression is grinding me up, I try to be active and work on projects to make things. Getting even a small project accomplished adds a little boost to help claw my way out of a rut.

It's a waste of time, but I'm required to see one. I have no choice, unfortunately. Oh well, at least I don't have to pay for it.

I will be seeing a psychiatrist soon in the hopes of getting proper treatment for my mental issues that I should have pursued much earlier in my life
I find it rather odd that the state has no problem wasting money on my sessions, rather than helping with the core issue, which would be cheaper and much more effective.

But that's just me... I guess the government was never great at allocating money anyway.
