Zooville Settler
As an owner I take exceptionally good care of my boy. He's not just a pup but my family, companion, and friend.
Recently I was approached by a couple saying they were ready for their first time - Ok not a problem I'm happy to help
They want there to be no other guys - Obviously not a problem, your first time any we aren't putting on a show for the planet
Oh, and if you're a guy we want you to wait in another room OR you can wait in the front of our van and we'll take him in the back but you can watch a vid we make 1 time.....
Brakes went on harder than trying to get a dog not to cast hair on the sofa.....
I explained that wouldn't be happening and that I will always be present for several reasons:
1) If he needs controlled for some reason he'll listen to me over anyone else. This is for your safety and his.
2) If you are trying to do something he is unsure of ill be there to direct or stop. This is also for your safety and his.
3) If I wanted a vid there are plenty here - I don't record my meets, again for everyone's safety.
4) I'd almost class that as fence-hopping (thoughts on this in the comments or was I being over-reactive?)
So my question is - How many of you other owners would be happy to let your furbaby be alone with another - never mind an inexperienced first-timer?
N.B. - This was NOT the couple that have verified me - they were an absolute dream!!
