In the current social climate? No way, far too risky. Same reason why I'd never make any pictures or videos of me with an animal: I have several very distinctive scars below the belt. The risk of getting found out and socially ruined is in no way worth it.

In a world where it'd be acceptable on the same level as 'regular' public sex (eg: stern talking to, maybe a fine, but no real social impact)? Honestly, probably still no. Part of what makes public sex so exciting is the fact that both parties are aware of the risk, and that simply won't be the case. A dog won't see much of a difference between a public park they frequent and a back yard, so the only one aware of the risk is you.

Private public, however, is a maybe. By this I mean a sex club or party with likeminded individuals. The difference there is that other people will actually want to see it (or at the very least are somewhat interested/neutral). I don't think I'd do it on my own accord, but I probably could be encouraged into it in a case like that. Actually, scratch that. The right woman would almost certainly be able to talk me into it if they were there.
 
Like a lot of folks have said, it just being legal isn't enough for me. The social ramifications are at least as bad, maybe worse, than the legalities of it.
