While it is possible for a discharge, there is no way the vet would have been able to determine it after a day, and just stating that the owner had sex with the dog is a good basis for a lawsuit if the vet was wrong.
Also, I have taken my dog to multiple vets, and none of them have checked her genitals, even when I came in with a UTI concern.

There's absolutely no way a vet is going to make that claim, without substantial testing, and reason for concern.
And even then, they wouldn't just tell the owner.
The story is absolute and utter bullshit.
You might be surprised. I believe it was around 2005 - 2010 and onwards that vets, at least in the U.S., have been receiving fairly extensive training on how to identify "sexual abuse characteristics" in canines. So, likely, there may be some underlying telling signs that most people just aren't aware of. That said, if the vet was only, say, 80% sure that person was having sex with their canine, confronting the owner about it would be an absolutely mind bogglingly stupid thing to do. Especially if said dog seemed otherwise happy and healthy.
I've taken my girl in for numerous UTIs and a couple of other vaginal related issues, and they did take a look a couple of those times. Their best guess was that my girl has an unusually pitted bladder. Luckily adding cranberry to her diet has pretty much taken care of that issue, since cranberry adds a thin film on their bladder walls making it easier to flush out bad bacteria.

I tried mixing whole cranberries into her meal when I noticed the symptoms and I think she hated me after that lol...and she threw the berries all over the room! It's possible the vet took a quick look and I just didn't notice but I gave her a urine sample from home (and another one from all the pee she deposited in the exam room) and that was good enough.
Isn't white discharge from the vagina a sign of pyometra? If I was a vet, instead of accusing the owner of bestiality and sending him home with a smile, I'd test that shit to make sure the dog isn't dead in a week.
I feed mine twice a day every roughly 12 hours. Generally during their day meal I'll break open two cranberry supplement capsules (three if they're getting close to entering a heat cycle) and mix it in with their food. That, and fish oil as well, as it's really good for their skin and coats. Add a little bit of soft food and mix in some warm water, and my girls absolutely love it. Ever since adding cranberry, they haven't had a UTI issue since.
No, open pyometra is normally yellow, green, or red/brown in color. I believe you're thinking of vaginitis, which is sometimes a whitish color. Although I couldn't tell you what consistency it is versus human ejaculation fluids as none of my girls have gotten vaginitis before, as far as I'm aware.

I can tell half the people in this thread have legitimately no clue how a veterinary practice works lol. If suspicious fluid/slime/discharge of any kind dripped out during an exam (Which very often, especially now that COVID is a concern, are done in a separate room without the owner) even if "Uh oh zoophile alert!!!" was not the vet's first thought, would immediately prompt the vet to take a sample and view it under a microscope. This takes literal seconds to do. It doesn't need to happen in a lab nor does it need to be sent in. Presumably if the vet was well trained he would recognize instantly that it was not canine sperm cells he was viewing, even if they were dead. I wouldn't be surprised if modern veterinary training now involves crash courses on how to recognize the difference between human and different animal sperm explicitly to try to catch more zoos.

Its not like OP said the vet high-fived him and told him to take lots of porn vids and send them to him or some shit. And if the vet either IS a zoo (Not unlikely, considering being okay with it) or at least is completely fine with it like he says he is, its also completely believable that he'd go out of his way to tell someone he caught that he was fine with it in the hopes of making sure said person knew they had an ally.
