Okay so when my boyfriend and I got together last year, he mentioned animals were a hard pass.

Fast forward to now, we have our first male pup together, he is 5 months old and is starting to develop. A week ago he mentioned a comment about our pups testicles, and a day or two ago he mentioned our pup had a “fat cock” his words.

Im a bit confused and unsure. I want to let him in on my “secret” but I’m concerned it was just a comment.
 
When he commented ab the testicles was it ab the idea of neutering him at all? Bc if not then I think it may not be an actual hard pass for him.

Don't lead the conversation. Maybe ask him what he means by it next time he makes a comment

Ask him "what you you mean fat cock'" and ask him how he knows and to show it to you. ?. See where convo leads after that.
 
Ask him. If animal sex has already been discussed the topic seems open. Human sexual interests often change over time.
 
Another idea is just to wait and let things take their time. You don't want to rush it. Also another way is to almost make it a joke. See what he thinks of stuff like that. Like if you watch family guy together make a joke how Brian always sleeps around with humans. Jokes are a great way to test the water
 
Humor is always a good opening for a discussion. You’ll see right away if he has a reaction one way or another.

If it is a negative reaction, just say ‘bad joke’ and play it off. If it a positive reaction, continue the conversation.
 
You just need the right situation and the right oppertunity to make a comment or a joke to see where he stands

This is highly possible.

It's also highly possible that he lied early on out of fear, when discussing kinks / limits. I didn't answer a kink question sheet correctly once because of that.

These kind of comments is what my ex used to drop turns out he loved zoo
 
Sometimes guys have personalities that just drives them to make comments like that. It doesn't necessarily mean one thing or another. I would approach the topic again to see how he feels about it. Get him horny/high/drunk... feeling happy somehow, and then bring it up jokingly/sexily/hypothetically... he would probably be more likely to open up about how he feels about it either way.

Well, maybe its just a comment. Never interpret too much. I had rather fitting comments from people under the influence but it was clear afterwards that they never expected something like this.

As a penis wielder, can confirm. However I make inappropriate comments about pretty much everything lol. It’s just my sense of humor.
 
can't give advice on this one because it is so tricky. i hate it that i can't discuss things with others. my husband knows and one of our close female friends, and another girl i hooked up with knows. i had to do the verbal dance to see where they stood and to make sure they wouldn't freak out. i hope it works out well for you.
