If you're feeling shame - that's normal. Sexuality is a personal journey (as much as people these days like to wear it as a badge).

If it hurt (and it was the first time youve been penetrated) - It will become more enjoyable. Just relax, work yourself up to it slowly.

Just keep easing into it, as time goes on it’ll get better; just don’t over due it and injure yourself or the pup

I can't comment from actual IRL experience but I have been playing a LOT with knot dildos. (I'm a male so I'm a little LESS stretchy than you likely are as a lady.)

The first time I knotted with it, ngl, it was uncomfortable. Each time since has been better and the most recent was pretty much mind blowing. (I am humping pretty hard at that knot now and trying to mimic it "wiggling" though I can't figure out yet how to make it "turn tie".

Dogs only really seem to know one speed (I am unaware of anyone who's trained to do slower tempo for longer duration) so IF you choose to try again, lots of edging yourself and "widening" with toys before you let Bear at it will probably help.

FWIW, I've seen women have a first experience that's painful and absolutely shocking. But they got a feeling of satisfaction from finally doing it. Their second time was less painful, less shocking and more "So this is what it feels like". Subsequent times were easier and more enjoyable once they knew what they were experiencing and were able to relax to take in the experience.

When MrsK9Duke got into a routine of every Friday night it was an enjoyable experience for her every time.

I agree. Give yourself time but definitely try again. Don't let a rough first experience ruin the possibility of wonderful experiences in the future.

I always advise first-timers they should set in their minds at least 3-4 attempts before making a decision not to do it again.
