Is there anything the just makes you feel good?

For food? Is it dangerous cuz of how easy it is to misidentify the poisonous mushrooms from the edible ones?
My father is litheraly a certified mushroom expert. It's called "Pilzsachverständiger" or "Pilzberater" in German. I go foraging shrooms since I can walk, quite literally.

Well, yes. An expert is the best way to learn. If you are very systematic with an identification book you can identify some. Others are DLBMs: damn little brown mushrooms. I'm a mushroomer, and I did one time find a group of the destroying angel - the one that looks like a shiitake but smells totally different. I heard of one person who failed identification. After he recovered (damn lucky he didn't die) he reported that it was delicious.
That makes me laugh at the perversity of the world.

Watching my horses run through my fields. When I let them out where they can run full wide open, it's great to see them. I smile all the time. Freedom and beauty.

I did "poison" myself once with "speitäubling" (Russula emetica). I accidently identified him as an "speisetäubling" (russula vesca), they can look indistinguishable when they are joung, and even tho I did a taste test to identify him, I had the cold, and did not chew the sample long enough to notice the burn.

I was fine, beside the dish beeing weirdly spicy, a little bit like you added a bit of chillie-toothpaste. My mother did get an upset stomach the next day.

Russula have a wast number of variation, often almost indistinguishable, but even the most poisen ones in that category give you an upset stomach, and maybe a throw up, there are no dangerous ones.
