I didn't think of it because I didn't expect this topic to come up with this user's name attached, nor did I realize that ZV users could be held accountable for what they do on Telegram.

Even without a screenshot the implication is still there. He made a topic advertising for men who want to get a piece of cookie but the only female dog he has is 7 months old which he also stated was the correct age in this topic. And I definitely know what he said in regards to me and my dog.

And the fact he made his account literally yesterday should be taken into consideration.

I don't remember Vodafone working in the US. Pretty sure it will use T-mobile towers, and it won't show you're in England. Also, Maryland doesn't have vodafone either.

To be honest I never noticed anyone blocking me. And it does not have any effect on me as far as I have been able to tell.
If blocking someone means you can not see comments from that person, then you are are actually harming yourself. Because everyone else can see them and you just have no idea what is going on. :D
If it means that I can not send you a PM, then I do not care either since I do not send PMs to random people anyway.

Does it look like I care from any of the previous replies? This forum contains a very small number of people I care about. And surprisingly they tend to share the important part of my opinions. The rest I do not care about - which should be quite obvious from the way I treat human stupidity on the forum.

Telegram is faster so there's no big deal in that sense however when somebody starts Crossing taboo lines as well as push their ideals onto someone else when even when they explicitly say no

Where do you think most people who cross lines hang out? It ain’t here. Why do you think most who chill there more often ask to chat on telegram? That shit dose not fly here. Its a good indication it’s more difficult to monitor if you need screen shots just to prove any accusations over there.

What are the effects of someone ignoring you on here?
I tested that if I ignore someone, I can not see their threads and posts unless they are quoted where it tells me that there is a post that I ignored and I can view it anyway. But everyone else can see all of that. So you are not achieving much by doing so.

Does ignoring someone also prevent the ignored user from seeing your threads/posts? Like for example if you ignored me, I would not be able to see what you post effectively hiding your content from me?

No its one sided actually. You cant see their msgs or posts. Out of sight out of mind is the best definition for it
 
Ignoring someone doesn't do anything more than keep you from seeing their posts, they can still see yours. I believe they can't start a new private chat once you've ignored them but you have to leave any active chats and refuse farther messages.
 
I mean it's after the fact, (being that this person is banned) but the Telegram name is the exact same as the person I got banned. At the time they were pretending to be a girl, and I got a screenshot from Telegram saying they were molesting their 4yo daughter.

So I guess we need to keep an eye out because this is the second account in what? 2 weeks. Banned twice for pedo shit.
