I just wanted to confirm that in ep.12 of zooier than thou, zeta vernin did CONFIRM zoophilia is legal in germany so long as the animal isn't forced or harmed.

zeta verein is a pro zoo group. Their opinions have to be taken as extremely biased. If form Germany is truly interested, I suggest you contact the agricultural committee or your local rep and ask them what the legal situation is. Ignorance of the law is usually not a defense.
Not remotely the case. The constitutional courts have all confirmed that Zoophilia is LEGAL. IT IS NOT AN OPINION, it is legal FACT.
Anything else is mis-information and anti-zoo bigotry. I am happy to put my stamp of approval having read and heard everything and that zoos are living opening in Germany.

Yep, and claims to the contrary are some malicious trolls trying to drive zoos into hiding. It's not going to work. German zoos have been very coordinated about getting the word out and making sure that everyone knows, the anti-zoo law in Germany is toothless and not really enforceable. Their zooey community is one of the world's most organized.

Conveniently, our zero and alternative hypotheses are already phrased perfectly for that. All you have to do is fly to Germany, go to the police, tell them you had sex with animals within their jurisdiction. And then get the permission slip or certificate or whatever by of course also showing them that you did/do it in a "good" way, not the "bad" way. Or be told that there isn't a law in the first place. Then just take a copy of the protocol they will write of this talk with you. Or however you imagine this works exactly, that there is no law or that you get permission slips. Then just post that here, and I am undeniably proven to be wrong in saying we did get a law, and it effectively made all intercourse with animals illegal. So outing oneself would be dumb.

Here is the sceptic's way to address that problem - I am hereby establishing a cash price of 100 USD (mailed in cash to any terrestrial address of your choice, so do your fav. animal rescue some good) to the first poster below, who can find a news article in which someone is acquitted because of TogglesHappyZoo's alleged option or nonexistence of that law - 2011 German animal protection law (relevant passage is btw Tierschutzgesetz of 2011 §3 sentence 13). Here are some reasonable rules for the price:
- Must be a third party news outlet (not someone's blog....)
- Must mention within it was officially found (court decision says so, police saw it etc...) somehad had sex with an animal
- Must mention said someone was acquitted by the judge and / or obtained some kind of official permission that "this kind of sex" was ok, because either the law doesn't exist, or provides an option to have "allowed sex" with an animal.
Nine years must be handily enough so that someone obtained permission since then.
But please no bystander try to provoke generating this on purpose, ok? Be smart. The same justice system which allegedly allows zoos for some reason doesn't accredit Zeta-verein in Germany, and they usually just rubber-stamp accredation for every club. Why do you think that is?

I know this because on of our mods here is from Germany and is semi-openly zoo. LE came to inspect his animals and no harm was discovered, thus his ethical zoophilia is perfectly legal.
