If it hasn't shipped, or probably even if it has, contact Amazon and fix it. There's a change/add delivery instructions on there, and if it hasn't shipped you can cancel and reorder.
If not an option... Talk to your neighbir, "hey, I accidentally put your address on my package shipping, mind holding it for me or just dropping it by my door?".

I think they are more worried that they opened the box. I’d say either leave it a slot cause and buy another one or be very professional about the situation and nature and politely ask for it back.

Honestly I can't say for sure but I think He might not care much, judging you a little I'd say but not calling the cops on you, I mean what could they say, it gets sold for a reason, its not specific for zoophiles

Just go and say that the package that was delivered is yours. I assume that it has your name on the address label?? I don’t know of to many people who would open up a package that isn’t in their name.

In France that's a problem, the neighbours tend to open packages they receive by mistake, there's a lot of complains

Report them to the postal investigators - they're relentless. Nothing like a slam dunk case in federal court.

Does Amazon count though? The postal service and anything that is placed in a mailbox is government regulated, but for places where Amazon has their own vehicular fleet, I'd think the same rules wouldn't apply. It's why Amazon is not allowed to deliver to mailboxes even if asked to do it. I hear of people taking Amazon, UPS, and FedEx packages that aren't theirs all the time.
