If you were a hucow type lactation, I bet your tits could double in size. The milk producing gland will continue to grow based on demand.
Most don't require as much milk as a woman could truly produce if she pumped and dumped hourly. You could also produce for several years if you were disciplined enough to pump often enough and for long enough.
I would love to see how long your nipples could get. With 36D, you must have those beautiful round areolas that scream "play with us!'

I have this fantasy where my body is used to sustain a community of men, kept in a barn, used as a daily milk supply and harnessed to plow fields and pull wagons. There are ways of inducing lactation without pregnancy as well! Even prolonged stimulation will get you started. It's true that to become a hucow though you will need to be bred and impregnated as it will produce the best results

My tits definitely doubled in size when I was lactating and they were engorged after a good nights sleep. It was so uncomfortable and you literally ache to have the milk expressed

Thinking about it the reason my tits doubled in size is probably because they were small to start. If they were larger, maybe the size difference would be less noticeable

Technically and biologically you are right. Medium sized breast grow the most. Smaller ones can as well. But as they have less tissue to proliferate they don't grow as big
