This is actually very interesting because masturbating too often can cause fatigue and a lack of motivation therefore it is advised to reduce ejaculation to 2 / 3 times a week for better wellbeing, or at least limit yourself to releasing semen in the evening when you have nothing more to do as it will most certainly drain you.
