Although I started my zoo life with canines some 60 years I've only been totally 'intimate' with one a blue Great Dane bitch that I lost WAY back in 2001. The next Great Dane bitch I had for almost 13 years I was never sexual with. I lost her back in 2014 and she was the last of my canine companions. Now female equines are another matter...

Its kinda similar and different too. I guess my labrador was a bit more gentler and while the Doberman was the more aggressive one
