I just have a question. My dog has let me masturbate him when he was younger, I stopped doing it for some time but now I tried to do it again and he bit me. How can he let me touch him?

This is a half-truth. I assume you had sex with people before. Would you have responded the same way (positively) if those people just reached down your pants to masturbate you without anything leading up to it? I doubt it. Almost every person and dog starts as "No" and there steps to take for a possible "Yes".

People are just lazy, myself included right now. I don't want to type up how to find the fine line between abuse and desensitization with animals. Also the person asking the question is likely gone by now. This is just for other ppl reading this.
