No, I dont typically think about switching entire lives for a day, but I do envy certain aspects of people's lives, and wish I could switch with those.

A few times, one time because of how surprisingly tired I felt when I woke up. Another time was when I was having an incredibly realistic dream where I was falling asleep in the day.

Yes. Dreams that feel like real life memories the next day. It's weird to try to sort out what's real and what isn't.

A couple of times. Usually I just wake up then. Sometimes the dream goes on without an avatar of me being present, with me being an invisible watcher, like watching a movie unfolding in 3D...
