I tried to Join the Military @ age 18, took the ASVAB's & did all that, Scored VERY well on the testing. Only to be told I was 3 Days to OLD to meet the cut-off date. So They Declined me.

Yeah Man! I live inside the path of "Tornado Alley". we see a LOT of really scary & Dynamic weather Often.
it's scary sometimes, but is ALWAYS incredible to see in the distance. and yes I've had to deal with at least 1 at close range.

Oh you bet'cha, hit right in our front yard. our Landline telephones literally exploded on the walls & tables, as where it struck was VERY close to the buried Home service cable. and of course the power was out for and hour or so afterwards too. the instant BOOM & FLASH scared the shit out of all of us.. people, dogs, birds.. everybody!
