It's been an unfulfilled fantasy of mine to pee inside of a woman during sex.

Honestly, I don't think specifically either is all that prevalent on here, but I would guess that if you're seeing it, it's because people enjoy it. And like everything else on a porn site that includes a cross section of people, it includes various tastes for various people. Personally, I'm rather ambivalent to the idea of using someone as a urinal if her face is right at my own junk, but I do get aroused by the thought of seeing her as my personal urinal if we are already in the coital positions (missionary, doggy, cowgirl).
