EDIT: I always thought that the most likely is the first scenario. From shy curiosity to harsh sex. It seems to me that for the average girl the dog's penis is a little bit scary and disgusting but the dog's tongue is not. Therefore, if she allows the dog to do something, it is a gentle petting to primarily satisfy her needs. Then the curiosity grows and she starts to fantasize about how it would be to feel his dick. When she finally breaks through and starts having regular sex, the dog's penis stops being so awful and she's going to like it. She wants to repay for all the pleasure he gives her, so she taking him in her mouth. And at the end, when she fully gets used to what they're doing and feels ready for it, she takes him in her ass.
