I've had a PTSD'ish connection to the name "Kristy" or any other variant (i.e. "Christy") for many years.

When I was stationed in Okinawa in 2007, I've since found out that she was murdered in March of 2003...and she left behind an 11 year old son (at the time). I've since changed the visual design of one of my characters to resemble the dominatrix "Kristy" less and less, as well as changing her name. Never heard from him since.

My first ex was named Christy; she and I were in a relationship at least 3 times, and each time they ended because she cheated on me. The final relationship with her ended in September 2008. To this day, I still have bad dreams about her.

So, to make a long story shorter: I'm both in love with the name, but at the same time...scared to death of it.

i think the only colors i have left to do is green, yellow and orange? Basic colors. Maybe one day I’ll love a mix of shades like I’ve seen in pics recently.
