Note: fucking hilarious movie from the Soviet Union about a scientist who builds a time machine and accidentally sends the uptight busybody apartment manager to the past, while bringing Ivan the Terrible to the 'future'. The machine breaks, and the manager has to impersonate the Tsar, with the help of a their who also accidentally got sent back in time; while the scientist has to try to repair the machine while also minding the very confused and violent Tsar
