Filming an amateur vid and the law

Heya I was wondering if filming/recording a video (with a phone) making out with an animal can be considered as possessing zoo material on the phone? Since it's stored in it.
 
It depends on the laws in your country.
It also depends on what the laws consider zoo porn.
Kissing might be ok.

Tho I couldn't find for the possession of content/selling of content, it was just for bestiality, damn.

I recommend you not to do it, but if you've already decided - don't take vids with a phone! There is a topic somewhere in this forum with instructions and it is clear - do not film with a phone. Use camera.

A serious reason why you shouldn't. A few wankers will be happy to watch your vid, but they will not pay your 75000 euro fine and trust me, in the next five years, during your imprisonment, they will completely forget you.

It's your phone, you record it on your phone, it stores it. Yes, you are possessing it.
However, it baffles me as to why in the world you would leave it on your phone.
