Fence Hopping/Owner Hopping Rule Update

Hey I just wanted to pop in and ask about this fencehopping stuff. Because mister-ed got everything deleted (best m/m horse content I have ever seen btw) and then months ago or whenever, I was directed to a thread for banned accounts and the reason. I was like "ok makes sense" and moved on. But then I also thought to myself "isn't MOST of the horse content here fencehopping most likely anyway?" Nothing to do about it, just a thought. But then yesterday or a day before, I realize that some content is OBVIOUS fencehopping. Like the "beloved" kmarko. Nothing but praise for him and with all the nightvision vids..... it's obvious those are not his animals nor did he and his gang have permission. btw misterEd has a whiny crybaby who threatened to take all his stuff down when someone suggested he changed up his style for the vids, since he had uploaded what.... 20+ vids and they were mostly the same exact thing as one another. No disrespect or anything. He goes fucking BALLISTIC. Like, I have had a few BPDemon girlfriends and I recognize the personality disorder. He also said at one point that he can take these horses to the hilt when NONE of his videos showed him even getting up to the medial ring. So the guy isn't easy to defend, and I'm not doing that. Just wanted to know about the contridictions between stated policy, and the reality that there are multiple fencehopping videos still up, and like.... OBVIOUS cases. ANd I'm not here to cause a problem, I in fact am glasd the vids are still up. But I feel like things are congruent and wanted to know how the moderators felt about the rules and selectively enforcing them.

It might make a difference whether these videos you're talking about were posted before or after the implementation of this rule. Either way, with the number of new posts on this forum every day, it is near impossible for moderators to keep track of everything. If you think something is fencehopping (or against any of the other rules), your best call would be to use the report button and explain there why you reported it. If you can provide any evidence (e.g., XXXX admitted this wasn't their own animal and that they didn't have the owner's permission), then even better.
 
@ShepherdShade It can be difficult to determine whether some of the porn posted is from fence/owner hopping. It's likely that the staff chooses to err on the side of caution. I've made comments on several of the male/female equine threads I've viewed to the effect of my suspicions. As most of the material posted there are close-ups the context of the event is virtually impossible to objectively determine.

The main reason that I even bother to look at the porn is to look for abuse, exploitation and/or fence/owner hopping so I can report it. I'm not here on ZooVille for the porn. I am caretaker/keeper to numerous equines along with my room mate and have no need for others porn. My focus is to educate and help the few genuine 'seekers' that desire to learn about equines and share their lives with them.
 
I'm so glad for this rule. It's so exploitative of the animals, and if the animal bonds with you or imprints on you it can be so distressing. I had an ex as a teen that would fencehop his neighbors to suck off their horses and it made me so upset (though, he did worse than that, so I guess small potatoes in the grand scheme)

This new rule states:

"7. Threads which pertain to fence hopping or "fencehopping" and owner hopping are forbidden.
Fence hopping = Trespassing onto someone else's property to have sex with an animal.
Owner hopping = Having sex with animals you have permission to be with, but not have sex with. (e.g. dogsitting, dog walker, stable boy, etc.)

Threads which contain users admitting to or encouraging either will be removed and the user given a warning strike. If a user is caught posting media content with them self (pictures/videos) of either, said media will be removed and said user will be permanently banned. Admitting to prior instances of fence hopping or owner hopping isn't necessarily against the rules, especially if said user expresses remorse for their prior actions and/or doesn't encourage the aforementioned behavior."

Threads/Posts prior to the 4th of April, 2023 will be shown a little more leniency as they did not violate the rules at the time. Threads/Posts after the 4th of April, 2023 and onwards will be subject to this new rule in its entirety.

What's the rule on swapping? Like my animal for theirs provided the animals are eager and show consent?

As long as all parties involved (human and animal) consent to said sex or exchange of sex, then it isn't a rule violation. This rule only applies if someone has sex with an animal without the animal owners or care-takers consent or knowledge of such.

Just want to let everyone know that this holier-than-thou man that cannot stand anyone that's even a modicum different than himself and has a vehement hatred of everything remotely "abnormal" has freely admitted to fence-hopping himself.
