Do not use your face or anything identifiable as your profile picture.
The system does NOT eliminate the hidden parts, if someone clicks on your avatar they WILL see the whole image you uploaded, not just the cropped circle!

Anyone using an avatar of a picture found on any other platform will be banned as fake to not only protect you (if it's actually you for some stupid reason) but also to protect the innocent person who's photo you stole. Using it as an avatar is in fact claiming it. (Unless it's like some stupid famous person where it's obviously not you).

Idiots are as common as weeds.
They crop up when you least expect them.
Thankfully we have folks like y'all who keep an eyes open, report, and eliminate these fucknuts.

I swear, I suspected SamNola30 from her first posts and I was almost certain she wouldn't last a month before she got banned. There was no way to prove it, so I chose to wait. And suddenly things happened much faster than I expected. :D :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Yes. Me too. Couldn't prove it though. I trust my insticts completely, but there is no reason any mod here should or would. So I had to do like you and just wait.

IF you have the suspicions, odds are heavily in your favor they are fake, but, a public accusation without any proof will get you banned . But, you can report ANY post here privately and have no fear of consequences like that. Worst case in private reporting is the mod doesn't decide in your favor.

They ban fake accounts daily, we just don't always know about it.

They don't always tell you why, they get a bazillion reports every day and long explanations, even short ones, take time. Occasionally you'll get a word or 2 that will sometimes say why, but don't count on it.

That being said, if, like yesterday, you find picture proof, come here, post a link to that and tag one of the mods in the message of your post. Early on in this thread, it wasn't pinned and mods got in here about as often as any other random thread, but now days, mods run through here pretty regular looking for any such posts.

To MY knowledge, if you find pics somewhere like in the case yesterday, there would not be negative consequences for you no matter what, as long as you were otherwise following the site rules. Just post a link to that here and let the mods handle it.

The rules concerning picture use have also been modified since this thread originally started too. It used to be more of a judgement call by the mods, now the rule says even if it actually is you, the idea that you used them makes you too stupid to continue using this site because of the very real danger the pictures could pose to any random person doing so.

Pretty sure that rule was changed due to the volume of such reports, most of which ARE fake female accounts, but, written as it is now, the mods have a mandate to just end it right then and there and I'm certain that makes it much quicker than before, so they have more time to deal with the much more serious issues elsewhere.

Although rare, the possibility of it being a picture only posted here, and uploaded somewhere else by someone who got butthurt over a disagreement, and hoped to frame you as the picture now exist elsewhere, still happens.
But, that is very rare, most are too busy fapping away to have energy to spare for such a thing anyway.

I'm actually surprised that not a single fake-hunter have mentioned my only uploaded picture here, as a different username had that very same picture uploaded in the same thread earlier, but that one was cropped to a more zoomed in version, and that might be why. But now I'm rambling.

Good post by the way, best way to handle those.

I rarely find anyone that I would chat/PM with. As most will agree, there are clues to a majority are fakes, and are too quick to try and wrangle folks into things that can be used against them. For me, it takes several things before I will PM with others... 1. They have a decently filled out profile(about). 2. Have more than 100 posts -the higher, the better. 3. That the posts they do make are in topics other than frivolous threads. I just say is, do your homework and check them out, and let your better judgement weigh your decision about them.

But, even that is no guarantee either.
