14 base 16 is the base of true zoos

i think we should use base 16 for dwtm
so we will have to get 256 to win points

18 no, it was just a joke
"gatekeeping" is the practice of dictating who can and cant be in a community based on arbitrary qualities
i.e. nobody can truly be a zoophile unless they count in base 16

i just had an idea for a possible new forum game
pyramid constructing

you and other memebers make a pyramid like this:
:husky_love:
:husky_love: :husky_love:
:husky_love: :husky_love: :husky_love:
:husky_love: :husky_love:
:husky_love:
no double-posting
someone can choose to either keep building the pyramid, or interrupt it by saying :gsd_shocked:

it will be a test of how well members can work together without screwing eachother

at any point, a member can stop advancing the pyramid and start working back toward the left

when the final emote is made, the group gets points based on how high the peak was

So if someone interrupts at they judged on how far they made it?

and when you say they can work back to the left, do you mean start deconstructing the pyramid?
26

28 if someone interrupts at any point, the entire pyramid is worth no points
yes, working back towards the left means start posting less emotes per line
the fact that an interrupted pyramid gains no points would work as an incentive to start deconstructing faster

29
Okay so all pyramids most be fully constructed with 16 emotes, and then fully deconstructed before someone interrupts to count for anything? Or is there no size limit for the pyramid. And do the pyramids have to come to a point before deconstruction begins?

30 there is no size limit to pyramids, but the higher the pyramid the more points, so as to discourage making a bunch of tiny ones
imagine this pyramid:
X
X X
now at this point, the next player could either continue building the pyramid by typing X X X X X,
or start deconstructing the pyramid by typing X X X
if he started deconstructing, the pyramid would start having less emotes per line instead of more
when the pyramid reached only one emote again:
X
XX
XXX
XXXX
XXX
XX
X <---HERE

then points would be scored based on the height of the pyramid
the peak of the pyramid shown above is 4 Xs to the right, so they would gain points accordingly

if at any point someone interrupted, the pyramid would need to be restarted

32
yes, each player can only type one more or one less emote than the player before them
after one player chooses to type one less emote, the deconstruction phase is locked and all must start working back towards the left
