Yea it took me a while to no kinda freak out when it happens. But if you just relax and basically just start imagining what you wanna dream about you fall right into one. Since sleep paralysis is just your brains way of protecting you while you dream so you don’t move around and hurt yourself it makes it really easy to just hop in a lucid dream.
