Does having sex with your dog regularly make it hard to train to be docile?

Just as having regular sex wouldn’t necessarily change your personality or behavior, it doesn’t make your dog any less difficult or easier to train. As I’m sure you know, dogs are individuals, and sex is just one small piece of their personality and set of behaviors.

Do you have a dog, or had difficulty training it?
 
It does present an additional challenge that your dog will ask for sex at the wrong times if you aren't on top of that problem. Some dogs require more effort to teach them when it is okay to ask, and some dogs will pick it up naturally just by having sex with the same triggers (like the location or smell of your lube).

For overall trainability, it has no effect when averaged out but it does have short term effects. A horny dog might have less focus and be more anxious. A recently relieved dog might have more focus but less energy and motivation. A dog that never gets sex will be more consistent.
