Does anyone know the sauce for the banner image of this group

Its called Mating Game. I posted it to the artwork thread (and a verison of it that was colorized, cut and set to a soundtrack....cannot find it anymore, but don't remember it being deleted either. Cannot see where to find my original posts (ie where I started a thread).
