My family isn’t religious or anything and we are pretty chill. Not like we walk around the house naked or anything but it wasn’t exactly the end of the world to sleep naked or in underwear. I have just always felt more comfortable in a T-shirt and pjs cuz it’s typically cold. During the summer I may lose the tshirt but it just depends.
