Baby I bougth the XL...(my last one). First I bougth the L but was away of my needs LoL.. The XL for a dog dildo is ok, for some of us is even too much LoL

The only knot toy I have gotten came from Amazon and it was discreetly packaged. Actually, anything sexual was shipped with discreet packaging. Maybe I got lucky?

Yes it’s a fairly big knot and it’s hard to get it in and out easily.

I would recommend Bad Dragon all the way... I already have like 5 toys, one of them being a dildo and let me tell you that I can't last for not even minutes due to their shape, firmness and overall feel, plus they come with a generic shaped package which doesn't give a hint of what it is (unless you buy a gigantic one I guess haha)
