The most discrete method should be as follows:

setup an anonymous Amazon account with a throw-away email,
fund it with an Amazon gift card purchased with cash, and
have the purchase delivered to an Amazon drop box.

That is the most anonymous method I know of making a purchase if you're in the US. Just to let you know, not all Amazon purchases can be delivered to Amazon drop-boxes unless the policy has changed.

seems like lots of unnecessary work (like you're trying to buy illegal drugs or something), instead of like... you know... not being ashamed of buying a dildo. it will come in a plain box from most shops anyway.

It's a couple easy steps. It's really not much work at all. Buy a gift card while you're already out somewhere. And depending where you live an Amazon drop-box may be a mile or so from home or fifty miles. The OP wanted info and I provided it. It's up to her to decide whether its useful or not. Besides you won't know what the return label is going to read until you get it and it may be too late by then.

Neotori got a few knotted toys and are also very discreetly send if you live close to germany, since it has less of a chance to be opend by customs.
best if in germany since there is then no customs.

Thank you, I’ve always wanted to buy one. But never have because if my wife opened a box up to find a fake dog cock, I feel I would have some explaining to do. Or worse yet one of my kids
