My favorite UK insult, so far, is "Twat-Waffle". I have no idea what it means but I like it. I've used it at work: "Where the FUCK is that twat-waffle Jethro? I've been waiting here for a FUCKING hour!" (If you met Jethro, you'd call him a twat-waffle, too!)
