If you're talking about a warning strike, it can. I told all the newbie moderators back when they were still fresh that the only two ways to notify users that they've gotten a warning strike is either through an alert, or though PM, as the forum software will allow you to warning strike someone without notifying them if you don't do it properly. But that being said, you don't have any current nor prior warning strikes against your account. You're in good standing. But still, if you get a warning, does that come up in "Alerts"?
If you ever intend on hitting back, I'd suggest turning your ? into a ?! It's a lot more effective! LolJust rolling with the punches ?

Mysterious Dane Zeta ?I don't know how to make that Z7 mix in Danes name, so I can neither @ him nor do a ?Z7 to property greet him..
But that does in no way, shape or form mean that I don't want to greet you property, Dane. Beca I do.
I do it on mobile ζζζζζζζζζζPerhaps if I used a computer for this nasty business I would be able to conjure Greek symbols.
