Those that don't like the rules of the website, and don't like that I enforce them. I've seen plenty of people throw a little hissy fit after getting a moderator equivalent to a smack in the back of the head telling someone to knock "X" off.

Sounds reasonable, unless they're really over the line.

Indeed, I generally don't ban over petty stuff. Of course sadism, pedo crap, repeated rule breaking, and doxing will get you the ax without hesitation.
