Both are doing alright. I thought my big girl was going into heat, because she had what appeared to be heat cramps yesterday, but they've since stopped, and she still not bleeding. So I'm keeping an eye on her. Everything else seems to be normal. She's eating, drinking, using the bathroom regularly, and not any more lazier than usual.

Thank goodness for that. Wasn't she in heat only about a month ago?

Nah, her last heat was in January. Time flies, don't it? Her heat cycles usually happen every 5 months, that's normal for her, so she's due some time next month.

IPA stands for "I'll Pass, Alfred" But I'm not much of a beer drinker either. Sometimes I'll have a couple of them if I'm wanting to just casually drink. Otherwise, Floofy likes the hard stuff, and also wine.

I don't have anything against IPAs as an alcoholic beverage, despite their "hipster, yuppy" reputation. The 3 that I've tried so far have all tasted terrible to me.

I'm sure you'd have to be a wine snob to appreciate the taste difference. It's all wine to me. It isn't always stronger for being more expensive either. I usually go with a white wine that the label says is "sweet" instead of "dry."

It's wine made with honey. I think they usually make them sweeter. Unfortunately they all seem to be expensive.

There's one called viking blod that I'd highly recommend. It's strong for a wine but it tastes great.
