Yeah and maybe the recoil won't shake the safety lever right off too. Lol.2799
The .50AE is fun but the .357 magnum more practical and fun to shoot.
I might have to look into it. I've called the local gun store several times now and their always out of stock of the Rock Island. But from the reviews everyone says that it's a damn good revolver for the price. The only complains I've seen is that the sights are not adjustable, the finish is matte and bland, and the handle isn't the most comfortable. Other than that, everyone seems to rave about them.2805
For a good .38 special revolver I'd reccommend the Ruger LCRX if you can find one, not much more expensive than a Rock Island but a really nice piece.
"Sights not adjustable" doesn't matter, it's not a target shooting gun. The finish is parkerized iirc which is plenty tough. But it's very, very uncomfortable. Definitely hold one before you buy.I might have to look into it. I've called the local gun store several times now and their always out of stock of the Rock Island. I'd probably just plink with it if I could manage to find one, just so I could get used to shooting it. Then again, I still haven't fired a shot out of my first gun. When I bought my 9mm Springfield they actually had a couple of RI .38 revolvers in stock. From what I can recall it didn't feel too bad in the hands for me.2812

Oh yeah they make a larger one now. Is that the one you meant? The pocket size thing is an abomination to ergonomics that even Mr. Glock himself couldn't beat.I'd probably just plink with it if I could manage to find one, just so I could get used to shooting it. Some people watch zoo porn, not for the animal, but because the like seeing women be "degraded" or "dominated" by a "lowly" animal. It's usually just 1 of 100 fetishes they have. Unfortunately there's more of them than there are of us.2823 why do randoms come on the forum to watch women get plowed by k9s or other species? Isnt it supposed to be to desire the cookie or other of choosing?
2827 its weird though... Plus very counterproductive ? to be a voyeur. Some people watch zoo porn, not for the animal, but because the like seeing women be "degraded" or "dominated" by a "lowly" animal.
