Yea I actually knew they didn’t write it, but they were the first ones I actually heard sing it. And I’m going to have to disagree with ya there, I much prefer Disturbed’s version. I may be a little bias because I like the band quite a bit, but something about their version is more calming to me.

Oh yeah to each their own. I do admit that Disturbes version is a little more well rounded, higher quality, and more refined. It also has a different sound to it. The main reason I like the original is the fact that it has that melancholy yet "hauntingly beautiful" sound to it, that's hard to nail down. My dad also used to play Simon and Garfunkel when I was growing up, so it's the version I've heard since I was a small child. It brings back memories of a simpler time, you could say.

You lucky boi! I would love to go to one of their shows. The only concert I’ve ever been to was a Garth Brooks concert. Still awesome because Garth Brooks is awesome, but I’m not sure it would be Disturbed concert level awesome lol.

Yeah that was a killer show. I caught a ton of good shows back in those days, haven't thought back to that in years. Have to add to your stack of tickets someday dane!

Other than a few small town nobody important artists, I've actually never been to a full on concert with a household name artist, oddly enough. Although I do intend on eventually seeing a live show with any of my favorite bands someday.

What!? No way, I figued you above all people would have seen a huge number of shows. 11/10 would reccommend. I'm still upset about missing Temple of the Dog in Detroit. Last show Chris Cornell ever played. My chance to see 3 of my favorite bands died that day. You ever get the chance to see someone you want to go for it!
