Meh, besides creating comments, adding favorites, and upvoting artwork, there isn't much benefit to it. Although if you like stuff like "cub" or "gore" or "rape" or any of the other extreme crap on there, then one might want to make an account. All the extreme shit gets locked behind registration. While the more "normal" smut is publicly available. Thank goodness for blacklisting terms.

Yep, you can go to your profile and browse through all of your content you've favorited. The main reason I created an account was to favorite, comment, and up vote artwork I liked. But if you don't want to see the more extreme stuff you'll need to go to your profile there and blacklist terms. They make it pretty easy though, they actually include a list of the most blacklisted terms when you go to your blacklist settings, from there you're free to click them and add them into your own blacklistings.
