I've been around long enough to remember when the ghost notifications weren't a thing, so for me I like that it doesn't have them. I think my biggest gripe with the dark mode has to be the text box. I can't see when I'm making a spelling error because the box is just the right darkness that it makes the 〰️〰️〰️ super difficult to see.

Make that two dark mode bois.

Three.

For me the dark mode is not obfuscating the text box contrast fortunately.

Is that an overly flexible dog in your 69-picture? Or are those two different dogs? Surprise, surprise (not as if 69 would tell me as much, haha). :ROFLMAO:
The "overly flexible dog" would actually resemble an realistic image, as females sometimes love to lick themself.

A positive surprise, @ShanoirII was active a few days ago, good to see he is still alive and kickin', even building a small shelter / construction. (y)

I'm building too much in too little time and got demotivated by all the necessary bureaucratic work aside and beforehand, not to talk about the r-a-i-n, like there's my personal 0,3 acres of rain forest bubble including thirteen races of building-destabilizing ants breaking my concrete terrace fronts loose, yay!

Hooray.

Fortunately there are reliable poisons with nest effect. Unfortunately in the actual weather you can't eradicate subnautica (haha) ant hills at the foundations quicker than they appear randomly on the front yard, again.

.. missing hitchhikers were found like some obscure LEGO maze below @FloofyNewfie s apple tree!

Sounds like news out of the Guardian, comparable to room temperature (which room? nothingness of space? :ROFLMAO: ) super conductors, which are not yet able to get reproduced by million-dollar facilities in any working state.

Fortunately you would need Yggdrasil as your apple tree to bury that much. Or the central park?

There was some calculation about "put all people on earth in a meat grinder, let it run for a while until the consistence is of fluid state, then put it in a square cube". If they all would be put in such a cube, it would - if I recall correctly - fill a corner length of the diameter of central park. Or comparable.

I, for one, welcome our central park square meat cubes. ?‍♂️

I've got two apple trees (yes, not much, that's true) and myself planted an oak tree, as such I'm basically done with life if we follow the "three things a man has to do in life" bullshit list that circles the .nets.

Children? Oh, we tried. No fortune, d'Oh. ?‍♂️

A car? I've built myself a better solution. ?‍♂️
A house? Yea, but not top-notch ones, that's something I have to do myself.

Life offers lemons, lemons and lemons. And more lemons. And if you're suffocating in lemons and try to sneeze seven lemons out of your nostril openings to actually breathe (something different than lemon juice!), there comes a lemon seller in a 1975s van driving to your front door and sells you ..

.. a lemon squeezer.

I have woods on my property, but I probably couldn't tell you what species of trees they happen to be.

As for everything else, ya kinda lost me there a bit.

Ah, I know that pain. One of the reasons why I chopped off four trees and smaller grown hedges with a chainsaw recently: takes away room and space while growing uncontrollably, doesn't offer tasty fruits to enjoy. As such: chop, chop - more room for different things.

Don't worry, that's just a philosophical story about how life gives one lemons, interwoven with how life gives one surprises of questionable attributes.

I literally had a tree simply fall over recently. I mean, the tree was already dead when I bought the property. A wind storm took out half of it a year ago. But there was still a 9 foot trunk left (2.3 meters I think?) and it simply just fell down without any storms.

You know that Charlie Brown episode where Sally says that she looked at a pine tree and it simply just fell over? It was a bit like that... except I wasn't looking when it fell. Lol
