It's on!
Instead of just frying the fish I will BBQ an entire salmon fillet, tendering it with seasons. (Ok maybe I will not be the one at the grill).
Heh, funnily enough I plan to make some cod later this week in the air fryer. Nothing too fancy though. I'll likely make a sauce to coat it with. Basically 60% butter/40% water, with lemon juice, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and paprika mixed in. Olive oil the fryer, slap the cod in, brush on the sauce on one side, cook for 7 minutes at 350 degrees, flip, brush the sauce on the other side, and then cook for an additional 4 minutes (or until it's done in the middle.) Nothing too fancy. ;)

What can I say, I'm definitely a bit of a home cook myself. I'm lucky I'm not 400lbs by now! Lol

I had to look that up, that's not too common around here. I thought it might have been a troll the lives under a bridge by the sound of the name. Lol

I've definitely prepared some food that takes quite a while to make, but normally I don't because I'm pretty lazy. An example would be these fantastic green beans I occasionally make. Basically you have to slow cook some pig jowl for 1 hour and 45 minutes, until it's tender. Then add in 3-4 cans of green beans and let it cook for an additional 30-40 minutes depending on the thickness of the green beans. Of course I'll add some seasoning in there as well. But overall it's a pretty easy dish to make, and it's tasty! Most of the time spent is away from the stove.
