The Hittite Empire (Kingdom of Hattusa) crumbles. Like many such events in history, this has been a process of course and can't be pinned to just one year. The oldest Indo-European texts we know are of Hittite origin. Indo-European is a family of languages which includes for example Germanic languages like English, Romance languages such as French and Slavic languages such as Russian.

Suggestions have a higher chance to be adopted when you demonstrate their benefits and that you stand behind them. Fun fact: A related term is dogfooding or eating your own dog food, which means using your own product. Why would one buy a Ford, if the boss of Ford preferred to drive around in a Chevy, for example? This paradigm has importance in many fields, but is conspicuously neglected by operators of crematories.

Hmm really? Do they know something we don't? Like can you feel burning after your dead? After I die I wanna be like Major Tom and drift in a casket of cold emptiness until I reach a foreign planet and become the shooting star that an alien makes a wish upon. But economics, you know. They'll probably just chuck me in a fire.

I mean ... maybe operators of crematories try their own product after having left their job, but they don't while they are in office! That's what eating one's own dog food is about though, isn't it?

Space burial is a thing by the way. :)
